Goulburn-based country singer–songwriter, Jordi Woods, is excited to announce his debut single, City Bound. Inspired by his brother’s life as a rural contractor chasing harvest seasons on the road, City Bound was co-written by Jordi with Jayne Denham and Rory Phillips at the Country Music Academy.

The track captures the rhythm of the land, the drive of ambition, and the magnetic pull between rural roots and the lure of the city. It was produced by Simon Johnson and features Simon on bass and backing vocals, Brad Bergen on drums, Rusty Crook on electric guitar, James Gillard on acoustic guitar, Liam Kennedy-Clark on keys, and Kelly Hope also on backing vocals.
